2 weeks in.  Eat a lot of protein, you're going to need it.  It is an behind kicking for sure.

I'll be following this system closely.

I'm about 20 lbs of a fat darn. Let me know if this garbage eats love handles. Thanks in advance.

Friend just did it.  You shed alot of weight.  You may lose muscle mass though if you dont eat enough protien.

like everyone is saying ur ganna need protein. Ive done parts of this as part of my work out routine and it is everything it claims, and behind kicking, sweat inducing workout. The Plyometrics are REDICULOUS. Think about it, how many of these work out programs or machines have been on infomercials for as long as P90X? Thats gatta speak to its quality.

It is a alittle demanding as far as the whole nutrion aspect. If you stick to it to the T then you will see results similar to the infomercials. Over the last year or so i have lost about 70 lbs, and trust me your nutrition, whats going into your body, is the MOST IMPORTANT aspect. You can run your behind off for months, but if ur eating garbage food youll see very little results. One pound of fat equals about 3500 calories, tough to burn that garbage off!

Save your money and if you have an i phone download the free app muscle fitness.

Click on muscle at the bottom and  the second guy down. Any of the workouts listed will absolutely burn fat and build some muscle..

plyo is all about keeping moving, its all litearlly running circles in ur room, and jumping around. One of the most rediculous workouts ive ever done, and nothing more than a chair or stool in needed. As far as equipment for other aspects, you can just get the tension bands, one of the guys in the video uses them. They can actually be better due to the constance resistance.

After doing my first pylometrics workout my whole core was sore for like 4 days, it hurt to move, it hurt to sit down. LOL literally shapes up every part of your leg muscles and behind all that and you prob burn the most fat from this workout more so than any of the other dvds

not seen any of the vids, but is the Cardiovascular system trained using heart monitor and training zones. ? Without correct Cardiovascular training it will all be pointless.

They dont wear anything in the videos, no. But i assure you your heart will be pounding. He says something to the effect of, "if you want to get better at anything physical, do plyo." Weather it be running, jumping, or even breathing, this garbage will help you out. You litterally drip sweat from about a minute into it until your done.

Whalewatcher  nothing of any value from dl36

a counsellor who is so negative is frightening for the public. A counsellor should show empathy and positivity be encouraging and above all be a LISTENER. A genuine council Listens. Speaks to encourage and reassure. I am concerned .

Whalewatcher   you asked in post #1. dl36 chose not to help but to ruin the thread.  His behaviour is deplorable at best.
