A new huge international study of over 500.000 people in Europe, shows that eating plenty of fruit and vegestables will not increase your protection of cancer.

Well.... what can you say OUCH. Guess genetics, polution and ramdomness play a more significant role.

I will still eat them though, good for the overall health, + heart disease. Also it might protect against some cancers.

Need to wash those things too.

Never know where they've been.

I've pretty much figured out that we make our own cancer in today's world.  There is no cure.

I've never thought about cancer as soon as I learned I was 99.9% not getting prostate cancer after a blood test from one doc  (my gen practioner) and a way too aggressive finger up my behind and into my large intestine  (pain doc). Why would a pain doc check a car crash victim for butt cancer?

Then the guy told me I wasn't messy. I was like "uh, glad ta hear it"

I really didn't feel like talking after that, especially about what it was like for a 65 year old man to have his finger (or whole hand as it felt like).....up my behind.
