Man this tickled me, i still have this on vcr somewhere. It i believe is one of a scant  3-4 video's of brother Duane. Without a shadow of a doubt, they were one of the bestamerican bands to ever set foot onstage.I still vividly remember buying and listening to the Fillmore back in early 71. I just missed him.Seen many a good ABB show since then, surely not the same though.

Biscuit - yeah, Betts was good but they were never better than with Duane. Was lucky to have seen 'em not long before his accident. Strange listenin back how some of the kinds of tunes were more timeless than others, but even the more dated 1's still sound good & rock n roll. No doubt they're great tunes & bands, but also probably a testament to how much subpar, nothin & downright bad stuff's been out there for a long time. Another classic recorded at the Fillmore by an all-time great band as well - Duane & Clapton complimented each other perfectly

Here bubba,

You had it right on the title Sobatant...

J. Browne "For a Rocker"

I swear I thought that this tune was on the album Disco Apocalypse... youtube says I'm wrong apparently. Even wrong (if I am) ...this song I guess came out in '83....I always think of Jackson Browne being '70s... Frightening that this was 28 yrs ago...

J.Browne "Disco Apocalypse" live @ Cow Palace in SF '80...great tune.

Thanks for polluting the thread Poo ya drunk.....Wandered away from the Box by accident, eh?

The Who doesn't get nearly enough play or remembrance anymore.

They were so fricking great, and gave me a shitload of joy growing up and such.
