I hate to hear that-

They were one of my favorites when I was a teen, etc-

They played a small bar in Indiana when I was there- I was unable to go, but I always regretted it-

I suppose some bands just aren't built for longevity-

Was the performance bad from a sound standpoint, or did they just not care?

The worst show I've ever seen was the Black Crowes a few years back- the sound was ok, but they were so detached that it was just a bore-  Bob Dylan was the same- a close second in the worst show category for me-

The sound system was bad.........the venue was small enough (seats about 1500) to create decent sound but it looked like they just had a stock system supplied by the venue itself.........couldn't hear most of the solos.
Their selection of songs was disappointing.......other than Godzilla & DFTR, the rest was obscure stuff...........nothing else of off of AOF or Spectres. They have a lot of great tunes & they looked like they still have the ability to perform them..........don't know why they didn't.

..........& in classic BOC style, they dragged on many of the songs to the extent of boredom.

Just talked to someone that was at the same show.............& had similar remarks.

It's too bad........could've been a very cool show.

Did Rudy Sarzo do his cool late 80's (read: lame) bass moves at the show?

So, no Burnin' For You?
