I agree about Myles Jack possibly being the best in the draft,i really don't see how it happens, but it would be nice if he slipped to 11 and got picked by the Bears.

Jaylon Smith before his injury would be the top rated LB in the draft IMO. But Jack is a beast; not quite the impact a Jalen Ramsey could make, but unless you are absolutely set at LB he is the 2nd or 3rd defender I'd take in this draft.

Jack is a beast,i also like L Treadwell and K.Joseph the safety from WV,he can really lay out some hits, even though big hits aint really as important as they were before,in the league.

Teams figured out awhile ago that an individual def lineman is more valuable than a single off lineman. For the most part the better athletes play dline and OT. It's why nfl teams place a higher value on them in the draft and colleges the same in recruiting. Suh could have been a great guard but his value lays in wreaking havoc on the dline. As a single player he makes the whole dline better. A great og is just that. It takes 5 guys to make a good oline. Soputting a first rd premium, top 15 at that, isn't something I can get behind. Comparing this to Zach Martin isn't exactly apples to apples. Dallas was in a much different position. Maybe I could see an exception if your drafting your pulling guard in a power run scheme than you one argue he is as valuable as your ot.
Now to answer your question on Conklin. Again he offers more value than Whitehair with his flexibility to play og and rt. Brandon Albert is 31 and has a history of being injured. Not really a long term solution. Ideally Conklin ends up at the rt and James gets flipped to the left side.
At this point my preference is for Apple. Vance Joseph is supposedly bringing a bump and run cover 2 concept which is Apple's game. Look at the dc's history with db's. It makes the most sense.
Makes a lot of sense, thanks for that explanation. CB would be my next option. I just can't see Joseph relying on Maxwell as the CB1.

Rams taking Goff @ 10 would be a mistake, imo. He may be the best qb in this draft but I just don't see him becoming a good NFL qb. Not saying your prediction is wrong.......it's just my op. Will Philly really spend the 8 on a rb? Especially Elliott? The last few OSU rb's haven't fared well at the next level, & the trend in the NFL has been to wait on drafting a rb. Jax will be doing cartwheels if Jack falls to them.
I agree in general when discussing a simple RB. Since the majority of games are won by passing and defending the pass, taking a one-dimensional RB in the first round doesn't make any sense at all. But Elliott is a Le'Veon Bell type of RB, a true dual-threat who opens a lot of pages in playbooks. Look at how Bell upgrades the Steelers passing game. Like I said, Pederson also tried to put Charles into the best positions to succeed who was on pace for 1800 total yards. Giving him Elliott would make him jump around.
Another realistic option are the Cowboys to take Elliott at #4, even after the Morris signing. DMC has one more year, Morris has two. After the season, the Cowboys could decide who to keep to complement Elliott. Having a lot of 2RB sets and the availability to line Elliott up in the slot, let's the Cowboys offense get creative and opens up space for Dez Bryant and probably the soon to be drafted WR2.

I know a bunch of people like Bosa a lot,i just don't think he is gonna be that good of a player in the NFL,and I certainly wouldn't take him at #4 in the draft.I don't think he is gonna be a total bust, but I don't think he is gonna be a difference maker.

Would like to hear why you would think so. We can argue about his upside and explosiveness and he isn't the best edge rusher. But he is the most NFL-ready DE in the draft in my opinion, an NFL player right out of the gate. He is going to be a day 1 starting DE who will be a force against the run and good in pass rushing to create pressure and collect a sack here and there.
If the Cowboys pass on Bosa, I will be interested in what the Jaguars decide to do. Bosa and Fowler could be a 4-3 scissor tandem for years to come.

One must also consider HB are a dying age gone are the years of Hb's playing 10 year careers the average life span gets lesser and lesser. Gurley had a huge year last year, but still has some injury concerns. While as Melvin Gordon hype of SD trading up go grab him didn't work to plan so time is ticking on him. The last good HB Doug Martin drafted in 1st round he too had a injury year or too?

I see a lot of similarities between him and Jared Allen/Justin Smith. Doesn't possess 4.5 speed but is productive.

Im not sure, its not like he has any major weeknesses,i just think he might of already hit his ceiling on his level of play.I hope im wrong cause he seems like a good kid,it aint that im rooting against him.And every year they talk about guys NFL ready, plug them right in and starter from 1st day of practice. And a lot of times even those guys can struggle and not have the impact everybody hoped they would.Like I said,i hope im wrong,i didn't envision JJ Watt being dominant either,so that goes to show what I know.I can see him being kinda Justin Smithish, but I don't think he has the passrush skills of a Jared Allen in his prime.

Im alittle leery of Bosa also, could be a fine everyday player, but I don't imagine him being a star in the league. If I was the Cowboys at 4,i would be holding my breathe, praying that Jack is still available, and then grab him as soon as you can.

You have no personal knowledge about all the teams you mentioned their 53 man roster and what their needs are , your just coping stuff from reporter's that cover these teams , your a funny guy
You never watched any of these college players , you spend 24/7 posting losers in your weekly horse manure NFL posts . Now your holding court on the NFL draft pretending you know something about personal moves when all your doing is copying some team reporters subjective views
Yea great post thanks for the laugh and keep pretending
