Better college QBs, but that doesn't make them better NFL prospects. |

#5 Posted: 4/29/2012 3:37:22 AM I think Moore is a legit NFL qb, just because he is football savvy.
How did Rob Johnson do over Doug Flutie for the Bills? |

#6 Posted: 4/29/2012 9:03:19 AM i agree i woukl've rather seen the Packers take Keenum or Moore because we need a 3rd qb with Flynn in seattle. But i'll trust in ted thompson. I'm just happy they drafted 6 defensive players |

i meant the whole package
who of those 2 chumps that got drafted have the footbal iq that moore has...and well yeah he might not be physically gifted...but neither does brady...but he has a blue chip on his shoulder and have better touch, mechanics etc..... anyway... both might end up being backups not starters----but who knows time will tell....

yeah--.-- moore is the 3rd stringer right now but he has better IQ than stafford and hill --- shaun hill is down the hill already--stafford is lions undisputed QB but as u mentioned if he gets injured more sooner than later he might get a shot over hill and with the chip he has on his shoulder he will prove its worth

Well, they are getting PAID to do their jobs in football, while we are not. Who do you think knows more about college prospects? And it's not just one guy that makes all the decisions. Scouts, former college coaches, former high school coaches, inteviews with former teamates, parents, combine performance, combine interviews are not handled all by one person.
Just because Moore won 50 games in four years or whatever or Keenum passed for a billion yards (imagine that, ANOTHER Houston Qb with big numbers throwing 60 times a game), getting to the NFL is not a Lifetime Achievement Award-it's what they think you can do at the next level.
Moore's accuracy and decision making are great. But he is too short and has the arm strength of a six year old. |

Needs bro ... Needs ... maybe they had different needs and the ones that needed back up are making mistake .. listen I could be dead wrong but I dont think so we will see how good he is ... Moore will prove all those GM's wrong ... then again .. he proved alot of college coach wrong that didnt offer him a scholarship at the big schools ... If he sucked so bad why did he get sign as soon as the draft was over cause they knew they didnt have to waste a draft pick and got other needs ... we will see |

A ton of college coach pass on them and im sure they all regret that decision ... just like alot of gm's regret passing on brady ... like was said we will see ... but no harm in making the point and its good discussion ... you could be right this time next year he is in the area league ... DOUBT IT |

#22 Posted: 5/1/2012 2:22:52 PM But Brady did not get passed up! HE WAS DRAFTED!
Now, a lot of people passing up Aaron Rogers in the 1st round, and then regretting it, THAT I understand.
But, EVERY GM passed on Moore and Keenum. Comprende?
Needs? Nobody needs a Qb to make their roster? What do you think would be more valuable? A 7th round pick for a db, lb, ol, or a Quarterback?
Why did they get signed? Ever price an UNDRAFTED free agent? |

#23 Posted: 5/1/2012 9:03:53 PM Comparing Moore/Keenum to Brady is crazy. Brady is probably the biggest draft surprise in the history of the NFL. I doubt Moore/Keenum will last long on a NFL roster; neither player can make NFL type throws and I doubt either can withstand the linebackers tackles. Imagine what a tackle from Ray Lewis would do to Moore? Going to the DL in no time.

#24 Posted: 5/1/2012 11:03:27 PM There is no comparison to Brady, idiot. Like I said, Brady WAS DRAFTED.
Keenum and Moore were not. There is NO comparison, understand? |
