 I can't make picks for any office  pool that has a daily limit to it (only the contests with unlimited picks  now let me make picks in them).
 
All I get is the following message the last two days when attempting to make any pick in one of these daily limit contests:
 
You have exceeded the max picks per day for this contest. Please go back and edit your picks.
 
 
I didn't have any trouble prior to the past two days making picks in these contests. It seems that the limits no longer reset after the day is done. I have even sat out a couple of days now, but the limits do not reset to allow picks to be made. Please advise.
 
Could you please fix this? Thanks in advance for your assistance.

This seems to be affecting the NHL pools moreso than any of the other ones. I just clicked on an NBA one and it worked, but the NHL pools with daily limits still do not work (can't make picks without the above message coming up on screen). Please advise.

I had a look at your account on our end and it seems to be looking alright on our end. Perhaps try:

1.    Delete your “Cookies”
2.    Close the browser window
3.    Open a new browser window and login to Covers

Deleting “Cookies” can be achieved by entering the following link into your browser:

http://www.covers.com/removecookie/killcookie.html

Or manually delete your cookies through the following directions:

Internet Explorer: Tools > Options > Delete Cookies > Delete All Cookies
Firefox: Tools > Clear Private Data > Select “Cookies”

You may also need to delete your cache, to do so quickly simply hit the F5 and Ctrl buttons simultaneously on your keyboard.

It worked for a few days in a row, thank you for your efforts in correcting the problem. Unfortunately once again tonight it won't allow picks in any of the daily limited pools for the NHL. I haven't done the NBA yet, so I don't know if that still works, but last time it was not affected, only the NHL daily limit pools were affected. The NHL pools with unlimited picks work without incident accepting picks as always.

It appears something is not resetting or getting stuck in the process on the daily turnover between dates. If you could look into this again, (and possibly fix it permanently), I would really appreciate it. Thanks!
