Is there anyway you can ban this member instead of sending him to the penalty box? Not being able to swear on here anymore, is okay with me. But, wishing upon someone's death...please ban this member.

Hi,

While its a highly inappropriate thread, its not a banable offence. I've placed him in the PB for a week. Lets hope he gets the message.

Quick question if you don't mind. I have never been to the penalty box myself, is there a certain amount of times a person can be sent until their account is deleted?

Each case is dealt with individually. If there are consistent infringements and the user is not learning his/her lesson then yes they can be banned.
