#6 Posted: 4/24/2010 4:41:37 PM Thanks guys..whats sick is i could of ended it yesterday when i liked the Cubs but took LA istead because it was a 7pm game and i went for strategy.. Then the LA game took a while to become official on here or i would of took the Red Wings. When the Nuggets popped the bed and i saw the other two guys with the Braves for today i thought i was toast. I didnt take the Reds/SD game because the threat of rain. I figured i could take the total in the NY/Atl game or the 2pm hoops game and hope the Braves lost or just say the hell with it and take the Mets. I labored and labored with it. I didnt see one play of the game and kept checking the phone while coaching my sons baseball team. I am a Yankees fan and abuse my Met fan friends...with thier win yesterday to keep me alive and their win today to win this thing i think i will keep quiet.....till they play the Yanks of course!
Sorry for the long winded post but i am on a monster high right now..back to reality, the old lady said the lawn needs to be mowed.
p.s. I didnt hedge a nickel |

#17 Posted: 4/26/2010 12:07:30 AM thanks psu12! It was a fun race and I was happy to take third. Surprising that still only 5 people have crossed the finish line. It gets difficult at the end when you cant make your full four picks to start a day. |

#20 Posted: 4/26/2010 7:46:20 PM IS it Penn State or Portland State, lol...... I hope it's the Lions and not the Vikings and I hope you're from New Jersey ( not Pennsylvania ), I lived in Edison / North Jersey until 1970, then moved to West Deptford / South Jersey and now live in Gloucester Twp : Erial section nearTimber Creek HS. to your big win and don't spend it all at once ! |
