Absolute waste of time.
You've done the one thing all good cappers know not to do and that is let emotion effect you and your decisions.
Why don't both of you just work together if you feel you're both so good and actually get to 70%? How stupid it is to want the other one gone if he loses this "contest?" You could both have a great few weeks and one is lost for no reason.
Genius. Yes I will still play every play that I like, but I will simply have to shade it green (not counting for the head to head competition) but I will still play/post it.... |

I capped the game @ 35-24 TCU.... TCU's 2nd quarter FG as opposed to TD killed the perfect call. Good luck tomorrow man |

#109 Posted: 12/22/2011 2:09:30 AM Great job you two.
New odds: KS: -230 IL: +200 KS: -2.5 -115 IL: +2.5 -115
My take: Solid plays by both, the pressure is on KS to make up the 1 game deficit. The -2.5 reflects the high standards we set for KS.

#117 Posted: 12/22/2011 4:58:24 AM If I was one of you why not just play teasers every play, since juice does not count in your wager, right?
7 point teasers every pick, LOL.

#122 Posted: 12/22/2011 9:07:15 AM The Texans are somehow too risky for me this week, as this is the first time really in franchise history that they can afford to take a late-season breather. No playoff spot hanging in the balance, no coach desperate for a W to save his job... nobody would really care if they lost this game, and I think the real value in this one lies in the Indy ML.

that said, as it relates to your conetest, Houston is still probably one of the safer NFL picks this week... just not safe enough for me!

#124 Posted: 12/22/2011 9:31:31 AM KS, isn't it better to tease the over 34? Rather than the under 46...Just asking, cause I have a feeling it could go over - stupid thursday night game, fans have to have something for their eyes - lots of scores etc... I don't know, just asking and if you had to take the Texans -6 would you? Thanx in advance man, this is one hell of a thread

#125 Posted: 12/22/2011 10:05:28 AM Damn, the more I look at it, the more I like Indy tonight. SO MUCH action coming in on Houston... like I said before, nothing about this game is a "must-win" for them, as they're not gonna catch the Ravens (who would have to lose to Cleveland this week)...
VegasInsider right now has a shocking 92% of the consensus layin the points with Houston... another red flag right there, as home dogs getting 20% of the action or less cover more than half the time.
This aint Curtis Painter we're talkin about, either. Orlovsky proved last week that this Indy offense can at least be average when the QB doesn't give away the game. This is basically Indy's Superbowl, as next week, nobody's gonna watch or care about their meaningless game at Jacksonville...
I'm thinkin about waiting til around noon to see if I can get this at +7, and if it doesn't move I'll buy the 0.5...
thoughts?
