Does 5 dimes require 1 time Roll Over for everytime we deposit

Didn't get any bonus at all, why there this rule?

I deposited 900, and bet it all today.

Won total 1300, they don't let me cash out whole amount.

Anyone explain to me please.

They said 1 roll over since I'm in North America.

Khoiquach check with customer service to make sure but I thought it required two rollovers. 

It's the best online sportsbook for pucks---barnone!!!!

So people don't deposit and cash out right now.
