 Tuppy won and received the big money prize a few years ago, so I am sure they are not going to stiff someone who wins a lousy hoodie, cap, jacket, etc. And the Covers team is ALL CLASS when it comes to resolving legitimate gripes.

#141 Posted: 3/13/2011 1:00:56 AM It's natural to be weary when a check one was given is determined to have been fake,even if another genuine one was submitted.BTW,what information is required in order for one to claim a prize?Sometime ago,I deposited a few bucks in an online overseas betting account and when I wanted to withraw my money,I was informed that I would have to fax two forms of ID.Suffice to say,I told them to go f**k themselves.I'm not sacrificing my identity for a few bucks.You can keep it!If that's the information you'll ask of me,then tell me now so I can stop pulling my hair out and doing research up the a** for nothing.
BTW,stop bitchin' about a hat or a hoodie.What are you gonna do with them,make a down payment on a house?! |

I won a prize in May of 2008. I followed all instructions. I was told it was being shipped. I sent follow up emails about it, none of which were responded to. Almost 3 years later, the prize has not been sent to me.
I won another prize in August of 2010. I followed all instructions. I received the email that I had won, asking for me to confirm my information. I confirmed it just like the last time, and again I was told it was being shipped in the next order. I even told them that the last prize was never shipped to me, and I wanted to make sure I was doing whatever it was I supposed to do to receive it. Of course they ignored addressing that they didn't send my last prize. And 7 months later, the latest prize has still not been delivered.
You would think that they would want to send prizes, especially ones like hats and hoodies, for people to wear and give the site free advertising. Oh well.

I have always responded within two days, and followed all the rules, and completed everything I was supposed to.
I have never received a hat from them. It would be sorry on their part to claim I can only win one hat, when they never sent me the first one that I won.
