This is f ing annoying with so many people complaining about not receiving prizes. I don't blame those who have complained..... Maybe people entered information wrong, whatever. But give some feedback to them and let them know what the problem is so we don't have to read this bullshit anymore.

Feedback would be nice, to find out why I didnt receive the $25 free play. I simple reply back to my nunerous e-mails is all I was asking for. But ... could be too much to ask. Who knows.

I played anyway and won the weekly leader in NHL hockey. They notified me immed. and I confirmed. i sent questions by e-mail 3 times and they always responded right away. they said i'd get a check in 2-3 weeks and I got my check at end of week 3. i think this is great sight but understand frustration of others. Wonder what problem is? It's not like a hoodie or hat will put them under. Good luck to all.

But based on your post, I signed in at Diamond Sportsbook and there the freeplay money was. So it's all good. Would be nice to get a nine-gamer, not for the hat, but to get closer to the 17 and beyond.

In the past i have won hats and ipods and never have had a problem, i still use my same email address that i have used in the past, I even emailed community lou last week and got no response??? What should I do now??HELP

All I get are calls from Diamond trying to get me to deposit money. Annoying. Otherwise, patience will get you everything.

They alerted me the morning after contest over and answered all my e-mails(3 of them). Has anyone missed being paid a prize recently, in the last 6 months or so?

Not exactly in those words but the meaning was the same nevertheless..I received it about 2 months later...whatever !!!
