Ghana ML is -105 so they have to win in order for you to win your bet. If it is a draw after the first 90 minutes you will lose the ml bet. As of right now the spread is ghana -.5 at -105 which is basically the same bet as the ml which means the same as the ml. For examlpe, if the spread was pk then a draw would be a push

You are absolutely right. You should have a bet to pick the team to advance if you would rather do that. Last time I looked it was Ghana -200.

Not sure if you understand asian hanicapping lines so I'll give you an example.
Lets say you took Ghana pk,-.5 for $100 to win 90
If Ghana wins the match after 90 minutes 1-0 you would win 190
If the game was a draw you would get half your bet back, so $50 because you lost the -.5 but pushed the pk.
