I know that most or all Australian betting sites count a retirement game as a no play, and all bets are off(except 1st set bets, as long as the 1st set is completed).
Bet 365 is the same.
Pinnacle counts a retirement as a loss if the second set has been in play. I'm assuming Betfair does as well, seeing as the Davydenko fixing allegations were bought to light by them.
Over/unders are cancelled by most books upon retirement, but i'm pretty sure bet365 counts them as a win/loss once that number of games hits. I say this because i've had wins credited to my account before the game was even over.
