Seriously guys, at this very moment. Has anyone cashed out on a online poker site in a timely manner? I feel like its gonna get legalized again soon this year but there are still many sites out there like Lock poker and sportsbook sites that take US players. Give me some feedback.

The problem is not getting paid (unless your talking about sportsbook.com, were you have 2 strikes ag. you, winning AND getting paid) its winning at their fixed sites.

Party poker is your best bet.

You follow their instructions for a link to your bank acc. and they TEST it by sending you like 77 cents or less than a dollar. Once the link is established, you auth. them to take so and so amount of money out of your bank acc. and of course in reverse, they send your winnings back the same way, str. into your acc. Its brillant and from what i know, unique.

Gl winning, but at least you have a small chance there, compared to sportsbook, bovado ect. ect. and the granddaddy of all fixes POKERSTARS.

As tempting as it is to play, I would save my money and stay away from online poker.  It is way to shady at the moment esp for US players.

I'm playing poker at 5dimes... They have paid me from gambling winnings.. I don't see why I'd get stiffed on poker wins..

Also, I play at small levels tho, just because I love poker. Maybe a few tournaments and then cash out every $500 in profit...

Worst case, I lose in poker and move money from the gambling side into the poker account.. or lose in gambling and move money from poker...

I try not to do that too often either..
