ok guys i wanted to share this.

bwin wasnt my main sportbook in recent years, but from 2012 i started betting on live games there, and i did it heavily. After only a month of betting, i became a yellow member ( they have green, white and yellow as last and best ) and they are giving you 3 months to gain those points for a yellow member. i repeat, i did it in less than a month.

In these 3-4 months i was able to bet solid amounts in live games, depending on the sport and the event - the bigger the event - the bigger the betting limits. I was able to bet even 1k eur on a single bet.

One week ago, i noticed that my betting limits were changed. At first, i thought it was because of the event, but after a few hours i realized that they put limit on every bet i make to a shitty 100 eur winnings max., no mattter the sport, the event etc, etc. Its funny, i was able to bet a shitty 50 eur bet on a Champions league semifinal or an NBA game. I dont know why they did it, but i assume the did this because i was very good these couple of months and i was in the green for a couple of G's.

I wrote them an email and it was like this:

hello,

as a yellow member for few months, i want to know why did you put limit to all my bets on all sports and all type of bets to a max. of 100 eur??? I was able to ber 200-300 eur on a bet, and from a week ago i cant put more than 50 eur on a single bet.

i repeat, im a yellow member, i got to the yellow status in less than a months and this is your reward for me? Limiting my bets to 50 eur? with this type of limit i  will not able to achieve yellow member next time.

If you dont cancel the betting limit and let me bet the amounts i want, i will withdraw all the money from my account and i will close the account and will never ever place a bet on bwin again.

How retarded it is to threat your vip, yellow clients like this. I will tell this on the sportbook reviews forum and other forums, so everybody can know what nasty trick you pull on me.

So, cancel the limitation and let me bet again, if you want me to be your client in the future. Im with bwin for 4 years but i guess it will be over soon if you dont accept my request.

reply to me asap, i dont want to wait another week for a response, like last time.

Im really pissed, i cant bet the amounts i want and it completely ruining my system...and im serious, if they dont cancel the betting limit i will close the account and will never put a single bet on bwin.

Anyone experienced something similar with them or some other book?

and another question, which books are also good for live-betting? I use bet365 and they are great, their betting limit is 500-1000 euros on a bet and that enough for me, but i must find another bookie to replace bwin, since i dont want to play with only one book.

thanks in advance for the help and any input will be appreciated.

You need to read the fine print.  Since you said Euros, I assume you are not American.  Why not sign up with Pinnacle.

A4.4 Different Winning Limits:

The company reserves the right to determine winning limits different from those specified in paragraphs “A4.3.1” and “A4.3.2” and/or determine specific winning limits for individual players.

I've heard from a lot of people on this forum that Bet365 are probably one of the worst for restricting the size of your stakes when you're on a winning streak or if they think you're a 'sharp' bettor

you mean i will be restricted soon? im up on them several K's also...i guess thats not alot for them, but sure is for bwin.

thorpe, does pinnacle have live betting? Thats my speciality, and if its not available or is only for limited events and limited betting options, it will not work for me, altho i know pinny is the best bookie out there.

thanks for the input guys

Betfair, it will change your life.
Althought liquidity isn't the greatest in markets like hockey and baseball,
It certainly is the best by far in tennis, basketball, soccer.

Definitely check them out

That is so usual in Bwin, also Interwetten for example. They don't want winners

I recommend Betfair, Sbobet, William Hill. No problem with them so far,

I assume you already have 5dimes and Pinnacle (not for live plays of course) because they are the best books.

does 5 dimes have live plays?  I opened account on will hill yesterday, but im not very familiar with the interface so i didnt place any bets yet, i dont want to make a nooby mistake. Still no response from bwin..i cant believe it takes them 7-10 days to respond to a simple e-mail from a vip client.

what a shitty bookie they are, wow.

and yes jerky, i have account on betfair, but i need 3 to operate on a maximum    so, betfair, bet365 ( great for live plays ) and some new to replace the shitty bwin.

I will give a chance on WillHill, see what happens.

thanks for the input guys, much appreciated

this is their shitty response to my mail:

Thank you for your e-mail.

We would like to apologise for the delay in responding to your query.

Winning limits are determined entirely by bookmakers and they may differ to the limits stated in our terms and conditions:

https://help.bwin.com/General/Legal/sportsbook_tac.aspx#a4
A change in winning limits may be carried out for various reasons. Please note that limits are usually decreased whenever our bookmakers are up-dating the odds. Often it is possible to place the bet again after a short period of time. However, the prices may have changed in the meantime. If a player makes several equal bets (including the combination of single and combination bets), this will also affect the winning limit.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any further queries.

Kind regards

Your bwin customer service team

Hey Mad_Skillz123,

I'm not sure if you have heard of Lucky Hill Casino, but that's my favorite Online Casino (hands down). I ran into this casino on google a few monthes ago. So far I have to say they pay quickly, do NOT minimize your betting limits, and DO offer live betting. After reading your post, I just thought I would share my experience with you !!!! Good luck man........Oh, and by the way......After e-mailing them and telling them I would like to bet 10,000 euros a games......they let me !!!! Name an online casino that is that cool !!!!!!!!!!!

She said "several equal bets"
Were you placing same bets before they limited your max?

Mad_Skillz123, how much profit were you making per month? Maybe that trigged alarm on their side? (Although you were not abusing the system). Did you think of getting a lawyer?
