Over training.

Still fight the urge to do those 2 extra sets or hit cardio on what is supposed to be no gym rest day.

It's killer and will knock you down literally flat for 48 hours at least.

If you think you might be over training, kick back with a plate full of Buckwheat Pancakes and then take a nap.  You'll feel better when you wakey wakey.

Buckwheat cakes smothered in Aunt Jemima and a nappy do a body good.
