Was thinking of starting this. It looks challenging but i wouldn't mind reshaping my body in 3 months.
Does anyone have any experience with his program .
Thanks

Do the regular p90 first and FOLLOW THE DIET TO THE LETTER. Then do p90x. P90x is great but too much when you first start dieting most people quit. p90 breaks you in slowly. The dieting is the biggest factor.Trust the program it definitely works. Dont try to tweek it in 30 days your clothes will be very loose at 90 you will need a whole new wardrobe. Then go to p90x for extended results.

I ended up buying the insanity workout. Its pretty hard for me. I have been plowing throw now for almost 3 weeks. I've lost 11 pounds eating sensible.

Loved p90 followed to a tee I ate exactly what was on the diet and weighed my food and never missed a workout for the three months if I did it I did not want to say well if I did this it would have worked. I went from216 to186 in the 3 months
