1. Billy Slater 2. Brent Tate (or Dane Neilsen ) 3. Greg Inglis 4. Justin Hodges 5. Darius Boyd 6. Jonathan Thurston 7. Cooper Cronk 8. Matt Scott 9. Cameron Smith 10. Petero Civoniceva 11. Nate Myles 12. Sam Thaiday 13. Ashley Harrison
14. Hannant 15. Gillett 16. Shillington 17. Taylor
a pretty forward-heavy bench but a few guys in the starting 13 can cover various positions if need be as can Gillett. I think DCE, Barba, Bowen might not really be needed. |

agree on both points but QLD / Mal will be loathe to make changes to last year's side based on club form. Guys who've done the job for QLD in the past will get the nod no matter how below par their NRL form may be.
Justin O'Neil is one for the future
Barba or Bowen would be great to bring on to test out the tiring big guys but that 'niche' role is probably going to be superseded by the need for another backrower / frontrower who will DEFINITELY be required to play a role. |
