To be honest having a really tough time finding anything i like this week. The lines are very harsh with all the favourites you would like to bet on being too heavily favoured in my opinion. But i have a couple of leans.
EARLY LEANS: BLUES -21.5 GWS (+line for the first half) ROOS (-line for the second) SYDNEY -6.5 DOGS +30.5 GC +52.5
PLAYING:
CARLTON -21.5 1unit@ $1.95
---I see this as a good spot for the blues. I thought they looked average in most parts of last weeks contest and they still ended up winning by 7goals. I know this could be blamed to 'maybe' the tigers running out of steam. But what it proved to me is when the Blues are on they get goals very quickly and tonight i see them getting enough to cover the difference (tipped the game by 28). Judd had a good but average game last week by his standards and he usually tears the Lions a new one when they play. Murphy looks typically classy as does Gibbs and with Scotland having a poor game last week i predict he will control most the ball movement down back tonight making a mends. Kruezer and Yarren just compliment the rest of the players and these are the reasons i see the Blues getting this line. Add in 2 extra days of rest and this line suddenly is more attractive then the others offered.
GL
I might play more lines through the week, but nothing atm is standing out. |

#10 Posted: 4/5/2012 7:48:10 PM ALSO PLAYING:
SYDNEY -6.5 1unit@ $1.95
--- I really like the Swans here against the Dockers in Sydney. Sydney were fortunate enough to play GWS a week before the real round1 started and therefore got the extra rest in their legs. Dockers played a massively taxing game against the reigning premiers last Saturday night and have had to fly east to face the swans (so Swans extra week rest + no travel). I also see the loss of Ballantyne being a key factor here. Last week he was instrumental in helping Freo get the 4 points and not having him just hurts their chances, although Mundy is a GREAT replacement (but will be under done without rd1 in his legs). The game is also being played @ SCG where the Swans are just dominant and i believe they will cover the line available. Swans by 2-3 goals

#18 Posted: 4/7/2012 9:59:43 AM Cheers lads! Thought sydney were going to destroy them there but dockers made it closer then it should have been. Crazy it was actually between 2-3 goals. Fluke |

#22 Posted: 4/8/2012 8:44:05 PM Really wanted to play Cats + line today but with no Scarlett i worry for the cats. Reasons for liking Cats over the hawks is last year both times they were underdogs and both times they won. Cats have always matched up well against the Hawks and i see this (as always) being a nailbitter. But with cats having played in WA and hawks have the extra rest i feel hawks may actually win this by about 4 goals BOL to anyone who plays. But a hawks victory gets me 9/9 for tipping this week (granted was an easy rd )
RESULTS:
CARLTON -21.5 1unit@ $1.95
SYDNEY -6.5 1unit@ $1.95
+3.62units
