Most successful bettors here bet single games because they can pick winners at 60% or higher, which makes you money.
I like seeing my bankroll go up each day too, and it's more difficult for that to happen betting parlays, unless your just betting 2 gamers.
For MLB betting, there's a few rules I follow that help me make money.

Can I be more clear? Also parlays are for suckers, i do 2 gamers sometimes that are juiced up. But sometimes I can't help myself gotta do those 4-5 gamers with juicy payouts  . |

I don't remember the last time I laid a straight bet. Parlays and teasers only. I know I'm capable of hitting parlays especially during football season where I turned 50 into 800 a couple times last year, my first full one betting sports.
Thanks once again guys. Do you ever add units to a play you think is especially strong? I tend to try to bet the underdog if the odds are close to -200 because the odds are so bad. Especially if it's a matchup like Cincy vs. Houston or something. Is this the right kind of strategy?

Same can be said for the tortoise approach. neither is widely advantgeous over the other, and each road has its own perils.
A parlay is putting a huge loot on one play--but w/o all the anguish of doing so; almost blindly betting. That last leg of an 8 teamer might be about a 5gs bet on a game to go over the total. |
