#27 Posted: 4/3/2012 2:09:58 PM They dominated in a down year as far as powerhouse teams go. It started about 7-10 years ago, when the good players started going 1 and done. If UNC had all the players that left early for the draft between 09 and now nobody would have came within 20 points....

#28 Posted: 4/3/2012 2:45:10 PM UNC's greatest advantage was the PG play of Lawson. Taylor isn't near the talent that Ty was, despite also being a great player. We saw how he was able to get out on the break in spots and just beat UK down the floor. UK's two weakest starting spots just happen to be UNC's two greatest strengths. Hansbrough, while not being the athlete that Jones or Robinson are, had a much more polished game in his championship season. I just think were all suffereing from a what have you done for me lately syndrome. I'd love to somehow have seen a 7 game set though, that'd be awesome. |

#30 Posted: 4/3/2012 4:06:44 PM I think Florida's second run (2007) is slightly better than this Kentucky team. Both are better than UNC's two recent winners. |

You do realize Kansas played terrible and had the cover in the bag if they didn't turn it over like 4 times in the last few minutes right? Don't be that stupid |

Lol turning the ball over 4 times in the last few minutes? You say that like its not the teams fault. It is their fault they turned the ball over that many times |

#40 Posted: 4/4/2012 1:11:07 AM which is the only reason they did not cover because they turned it over an abnormal amount of times along with missing 12 dunks and layups. Like I said, UK backers were shitting down their leg until the final horn. |
