#4 Posted: 9/18/2012 5:17:08 PM Joe,, that sums up the last 4 years in a nutshell. They don't care about millions of struggling people, they just want Obama out. They said so on inauguration day 2009, without even giving him a chance. They tried to block everything he proposed, after he reached out to compromise.
Well..now it's time to reap what they sowed. Nothing.
Obama cruises to a big win. 48 more days. |

#5 Posted: 9/18/2012 5:42:50 PM FOR mr obama IT'S JUST ANOTHER DAY, IT'S JUST ANOTHER TRILLION DOLLARS
While middle-class Americans live paycheck to paycheck....
mr obama continues to spend.
mr obama is responsible for "the most rapid increase in the debt under any U.S. president.
mr obama pledged to cut the deficit in half by the end of his first term.
But his policies of big government and runaway spending have produced four straight years of trillion-dollar deficits.
We're working harder than ever and earning less.
And now the next generation owes more-thanks to mr obama.
On mr obama's watch, the national debt has topped a record $16 trillion
and the federal deficit will top $1 trillion for the fourth year in a row.
That's money we don't have.
That's debt our children and grandchildren don't deserve.
AMERICA'S MIDDLE CLASS CAN'T AFFORD
ANOTHER FOUR YEARS OF mr obama.
Romney and Ryan in 012!

#7 Posted: 9/18/2012 8:19:19 PM The reality is finally sinking in, but Republicans will continue for months to wallow in stunned disbelief, that Obama gets four more years.

And he deserves the credit for finally tackling the problem and not kicking the can down the road.

#13 Posted: 9/20/2012 8:26:02 AM Look frankly we're screwed domestically whoever is in office. Neither "plan" is going to do anything to help the economy, the things that have to be done with entitlements (you can't look at the budget and think we can just keep going as we are or that tax cuts or raises are going to do a sliver of what's required) are so drastic that no politician will touch them cause it's suicide, unless we limit people to one term so they can actually think of doing the job and not just getting reelected again and again. Internationally think Romney is definitely inexperienced but Obama now has experience and is just eroding our reputation with his choices. I'd rather have the new guy as a change cause I don't know how he can do worse. Think Obama has is sewed up though. Romney can't get out of his own way. |

#14 Posted: 9/20/2012 10:51:20 AM What if we paid for our wars with the world at the time we start them? That way the country would know the true cost of them!!! No more accounting tricks to hide these massive expenses. Wouldn't that be reasonable? Sort of like a public loan application.
Perhaps with the finances open to public scrutiny, we could actually see how much money stopped coming in to the US budget from the Bush tax cuts. Remember how this genius cut our country's income at the same time he was exploding her debt with his wars in the middle east?
Instead, the GOP shell game is being played with unlimited advertising dollars. It wasn't fiscal incompetence that got the US into this mess. What are they telling us caused this? Pension plans for workers, your kid's teacher's salary, medicine for the poor people and the elderly, military retirement payments, etcetera.
And the masses eat it up not realizing their golden years are on the chopping block. Their social security, their medicare, their prescription drug bills are all in the wealthiest ruling elite crosshairs.
The rich will get richer and the peasants will be occupied with social wedge issues to keep their idle minds and hands occupied.

#15 Posted: 9/20/2012 1:06:20 PM Startwink.. You hit the nail right on the head..The wealthy repulsicans don't give a crap about the little guy. They want a two tier society. Ever since slavery ended they have been looking for people to work for them, cheap. That's why we are in China. They can't bring in anymore railroad workers so they went there.
Every 4 years they start the same old song..yelling Oh ya, we are are for the middle class. they bring up Guns, Gays, Abortion. This time in the information on every Iphone they can't do it.
Tomorrow Myth Robney will try to move to the middle, that's his only hope, to be more moderate. But it's too late now. He is burnt TOAST, |
