Muhammad Ali...he was able to beat any style of fighter. I would say Sugar Ray Robinson but most of my knowledge of him is from reading about him or watching some of his fights.

First of all PacMan is on the PED"s if you don't believe me watch his fight against Agapito Sanchez (1st fight on HBO) at 122 pds. on youtube a dramatic difference in his whole body frame, Look at his head size in that fight, and look at it now

NO FUCKIN WAY WAY HE BRINGS POWER AND SPEED ALL THE WAY FROM FLYWEIGHT TO WELTERWEIGHT

Was Roberto Duran on PED's??
Because he won fights at 119 lb's all the way up into the 170's.

You're an idiot Esplande, Did Duran dominate the middleweight and super middleweight division,Hell No. yes he won fights in those divisions. but his hand speed, reflexes, and power wasn't like it was in the lower weight classes.

Duran beat Iran Barkley and Davey Moore to win champioship belts and guess what happened in his next bouts after winning the belts. He lost. Duran's record from 1981-1989 when he fought at jr. middleweight- super middleweight was 13-6 not the same type of record of Pacquio has
