#1 Posted: 12/13/2011 1:36:26 PM I requested a withdrawal yesterday (monday) and was told as usual to contact in the am foor Cntrl# etc...contacted at 10am....told payout is being processed, call back after 1PM, just spoke with them and they said being processed call back after 4PM...so I said "hold on, I've been hearing that there are "delays" with your payouts...IF that is the case and YOU can assure me I am going to get paid, but it mihgt be a day or 2, please just tell me that..I can deal with that, but don't want to play this call every 4 hours crap" Guy said one moment please, came back and he said " we had alot of requests for payouts and that mine is being processed and it WILL be paid (they have the country of origin just not the name and control # yet) but most likely the info won't be available until after 9PM tonight or more likley tomorrow before noon....But I will be paid" So, this is similar to what happened with Brandon...I'm OK, with this as long as I get paid and am told upfront....I will keep posted.... |

#2 Posted: 12/13/2011 6:21:06 PM this is really some sad news as i have a 5d account as well. its hard enough to concentrate and get into that nice rhythm of winning, then u have to worry about getting paid..... total bs. but im sure u will get ur money.... eventually. just another distraction on ur list. |

#3 Posted: 12/13/2011 6:31:51 PM I still believe that 5dimes cs is top notch. The people your speaking to I'm sure have their hands tied. It's really not their fault they are having issues. Keep in mind your not talking to their processing department. I think their intentions are good. They are providing their typical processing times but can't foresee the delays. I do agree though that if it is going to be 2-3 days based on volume that they tell u up front. Nobody wants to waste time by calling all the time or chat. |

#5 Posted: 12/13/2011 9:23:54 PM I requested a WESTERN UNION payout at 9:00 AM on Monday.
They had my control number 11:00 AM Tuesday. No problems. $1499.
Never had a problem with WESTERN UNION or MONEYGRAM from 5Dimes. EVER. |

#6 Posted: 12/13/2011 9:46:42 PM I guess it is just a matter of being lucky when you request your withdrawal on monday mornings. I get the fact that they have high volume, but they shouldn't exactly be surprised that they are getting a lot of requests during the time that allows people to withdraw without paying a fee. You would think they would be either honest and upfront about the delay or make it so they don't suffer them since the demand is fairly predictable. |

I forgot to add that a friend requested a MG withdrawal yesterday and got his payout info today right when they said he would, so it still works the way they say it does for some people. |
