Sorry,
I originally came in here to apologize to my friend hunted and his Ohio St Buckeyes but of course a few bumps from A-holes on the thread.
Anyway...
Hunted sorry about your Buckeyes my friend

Good for us bettors, but disappointing for CFB fans who deserve better matchups in BCS games. They just were not worthy.....again. Good fortune to all the LSU backers.
I could use some help with the pro playoffs, as CFB is my passion and I don't start betting pros until now. I will be back with more winning picks on CFB next year for those who followed my recommendations. Now I will rely on you (only those who do not bet with their heart need to post...please. We have seen how the homers did.) Congrats again. |

#303 Posted: 1/8/2008 12:24:50 AM I haven't refreshed since pre-game and won't now so don't bother with comments to me. Congrats to all LSU backers. LSU BEAT my boys tonight and that's all there is to say. Nicely done LSU. You deserve it.
Well, there's always next year. |

But I did want to give you credit for being the one person who focused on the key point on this game. Hope you cashed hard, I took OSU and the Over.
So far on this thread alone you have told people that they don't know how to handicap...
"You want your money on OSU's QB? NO! I hope next year all you younger people like hawekeye, bigdaddy, pats grl get some real capping processes, you guys lost way too much money this year - and stick with this - one day you wil be making thousands."
and called 90% of the cappers here "idiots" all while telling us how much money you have won.
Yep, your ego is in check and all that without a tinge of negativity.
I do appreciate your insight to the games and how you break down the game, but it could and should be done without telling "90%" of the cappers they are "idiots."
Lastly, how can you "have a group of people that have helped each other on here for years" if you joined in March of 2007?
I have been here for years. When it was Me, Lefty, BigDaddy and Bigeiii as the main posters and you certainly weren't in any football threads that I was in.
But you are 60 and I am just a 28 year old, card-carrying member of MENSA with a masters from Northwestern, so I am sure you are right and I am wrong. |

Thjis game means nothing to me, I cashed about 80 grand on NFL . did about 7grand on college, so this is all fun tonight. i wanted to give some credit to the one poster, out of the 100's of posts on this game - ONE capper made the right commnent - that OSU's QB will be the risk. Forget stats, ATS records, BS half trends, etc., etc., etc - this guy was right. You want your money on OSU's QB? NO! What's the matter, Dude? Your friend of a friend of a friend's plane wasn't available tonight?
Of the names that you mentioned, PatsGrl is the only one that I would consider young, and if you mess with her, you mess with me. Same goes for Hawkeye and BigDaddy...none of these people called you out, yet you chose to call them out and that is wrong. There's no room for that here and thanks to you calling out one of the most respected cappers on this site, I'd say that your credibility is pretty much shot. Now, go piss up a rope looser boy! |

#306 Posted: 1/8/2008 12:43:16 AM Tried to have your back guys. I haven't been able to post very much the last couple of years because football season is my busy season too, but I do read most all of the threads. By the time I go to put my 2 cents in, someone has already said what I am thinking and there is no need to hear it from me.
Just don't understand why it is so hard to just post your thoughts and let the reader decide what info to use and what to ignore. |

This game is over with so I don't mind corrupting this thread. I respect my elders but if they got the balls to play with the young bucks then they need to handle getting their saggy A$$es handed to them!!
Don't think he is coming back. Some reasons why he is not coming back on the thread......
1) It is past his bedtime.
2) He is having problems cashing his 87 grand.......of Monopoly money.
3) He is reading the thread but can't think of any excuse to say. Can't blame him for that he is 60 acting like he's 5.
4) He's 60!!! for Christ sake!!! He probably forgot where or what he posted by now.
5) He probably hurt himself on the back by patting himself on the back all season long.
6) It's that time of the day where he is having his ear & nose hairs pulled out.
I know he will be back but he is just someone that needs attention which most older people do. I think I gave him enough to last for a while.
Teabag- I'm warning you now don't hate on me if I never said anything bad about you!!

#312 Posted: 1/8/2008 9:42:48 AM Teabag and Bigdaddy,....don't want to get in the middle of your squable...can't we all get along
Teabag, thanks for the compliments on my posts regarding the Over. Although LSU really stuck it to OSU.....I felt like the Over was the easiest play on the board.
Only cashed in for a G....went 8-2-1 in 11 bowl games (I try to restrain and be selective), so I didn't want to blow my hard work on one game.
The game was frustrating to watch as a Bucks fan....the Robiski dropped TD when it was tied at 10-10 was a big momentum changer. Wash all that, come out at half down 14, stop the Tigers and screw yourselves with that stupid roughing the punter, LSU scores right away....game over. Those are two big WHAT IF's....but I think OSU hurt themselves more than LSU dominated. Don't get me wrong, LSU is the better team, I just think it would have been a better game if OSU did step on its own - - - - |

I never come in here to directly insult or point people out unless I am prevoked.
If someone wants to come in here and run their mouth they need to be prepared to have it SMACKED!! as well even if it means getting their "dentures" knocked out of their mouth.
