Wall, I watched a whole program on farm raised and the conflict between wild and farm salmon. You may have seen it as well.
Agree that wild caught is superior but according to my research, the wild caught has a much higher chance of holding certain bacteria that can survive the 15+ hour freezing process as a non sushi grade.
Fried, sure you can eat it raw. Just do it right off the hook or put it in ice if you have to wait more than an hour. All of this comes at a risk รก course. |
