*LHB are 2/17 against Johan Santana this season. Carlos Gonzalez is 4/26 against LHP this season. Troy Tulowitzki is 3/17 against LHP this season. Todd Helton is 3/21 against LHP this season. The Rockies are hitting .235 as a team against LHP this season. Get the picture?
As for why "1st 5" and not "Full Game": this is based on Santana v. Moyer, so if the Mets can't get this done right off the bat, then I haven't capped this properly (plus, I've seen one too many Rocktober rallies in the 8th and 9th innings over the years). And no point in playing the total either seeing as how the Rockies are 0-7 O/U in day games this season, so this is what we shall go with today.
