What the hell is this garbage?

Djoker's year was more dominating than Rafs 08, furthermore he's continuing his dominance into this year! He's only missed one Semifinal since 2010, 2 if you count his W/O loss. I can't think of anyone who's done that! Rafa sure didn't in 08! And he ain't doin it this year either.

Rafa's rise came against the greatest of all time Roger Federer, still in his prime ages 26-28 while Djoko's rise has come while Roger is clearly on the downside.  Big, big difference when you look at the road Rafa had to go through vs. Joker.

but, having said that, Joker will be playing some still competition the next 4-5 years in Rafa, Murray, DP, Tsonga, Berdych, Raonic, and dare i say, Tomic, as he physically and mentally matures ??

that's why i think Joker will be lucky to get more than 10 slams when his career is said and done.  too many great up and comers, and Djoko's game just not next level enough in any aspect to fight off the young guns,

You still want to show us all your ignorance on this topic? Interpret this however you wish. They both turned pro at the same time, career match wins, and career titles clearly favor raonic, but if you want to hold on to your age difference theory, ok then,,,you're the expert

well, they both have great upside so i am not going to put down Raonic, but one thing is extremely clear:  Tomic turned pro at age 15 goin on 16, and Raonic was 17 goin on 18.  If you do not realize how big a physical, mental, and emotional difference there is from age 16 to age 18, then this conversation is not worth having.

For a male tennis player, age 16 or 18 doesn't make that big a difference. If fact, if tomic was good enough to turn pro at 16 that would suggest he has far more potential and more skillset than a guy who turns pro at 18, thus tomic should've had the better carrer and results by now. Raonic has exceeded all expectations to this point whereas tomic has only disappointed his supporters until now.

Yet again, you fail to make any valid points,  as usual

I can tell you now that Tomic is older than what is listed. Was talking with a bloke last year who played junior tennis with Tomic and mentioned how he falsified his age in order to get a better crack on the world stage.

He's 3 years older than what's actually listed and that means he has a better chance at staying in the top 100 for longer.
It doesn't take anything away from his talent but it's definitely something many other sports stars do in order to gain an advantage.

esteemed list here, we'll see if Joker ever makes it on there.  Rafa just 1 yr older than Joker, yet he's on the list:

Most Weeks at No. 1

On Monday, Roger Federer broke Pete Sampras' record for most weeks with the top ranking in men's tennis.

Weeks at No. 1
Roger Federer 287
Pete Sampras 286
Ivan Lendl 270
Jimmy Connors 268
John McEnroe 170
Bjorn Borg 109
Rafael Nadal 102
Andre Agassi 101

Djoko's last 4 matches on the biggest stage against the other 3 guys in the Top 4:

2012 French Open Semi - dominates Roger
2012 French Open final - beaten handily by Rafa
2012 Wimbledon Semi - beaten handily by Roger
2012 Olympic Semi - beaten by Murray.

1-3 in his 4 biggest matches since i started this thread the day after he won the Australian which gave him 4 out of 5 slams in a year, and the most dominant year ever (2011).

i'm just sayin............
