I have used a bunch of different products.

For now I am doing Vanilla Myofusion (Gaspari)  with water.  Sometimes I will mix in apple, pineapple, or even some cocunut milk.  Sometimes, I will mix it in with the Green Machine described earlier.  Vanilla pretty much disappears (taste-wise) in anything you put it in.  It is just important to toss it in the blender first.

i've been using whey protein powder from grass fed cows but i'm looking for a good, non-dairy alternative.  when i was on my detox program, i used brown rice protein powder because i was off dairy completely.  it tasted like garbage.

Sounds like you should supplement with foods.

i make a shake for breakfast every morning.  it's fine, i'd just rather use something other than whey powder.  but everything else i tried is terrible.

we do have quinoa every week.  it's pretty good and supposed to be very good for you.  definitely a good substitute for rice or pasta.
