No statistical guide today...but I did want to point out that both Champs League games yesterday ended with Odd totals....



Atletico Bilbao vs Schalke Over 2.5 -175....No reason for this not to cover with the aggregate scoreline at 4-2 for the home side...Paying the juice...don't want to push on 3.


Hannover PK +110... Down 2-1 on aggregate...but they did control the pace of the first fixture...holding 55% of the possession. This team Domestically in the Bundesliga is undefeated at home posting a 8-6-0 record with +11 goal differential....I'll take my chances. No play on the total since movement is going the wrong way.


I lean Metalist and the Under...But not enough for plays at the moment...Also lean AZ Almaar NTL....but thats just crazy right...?

I noticed that the totals were odd yesterday and then I remembered that you had played that angle on Tuesday not yesterday. Bummer!!!!! Good luck to us on the Bilbao over. I paid that juice as well...

Adding a couple of degenerate action plays....

Metalist to qualify +161...I like the idea of a 1-0, 2-0 victory....but worried of the high possibility of a draw. Metalist did control the pace in the first fixture...they were only caught by surprise in the opening 15 minutes of the second half when Sporting came out possessed to score goals.


Valencia vs AZ Alkmaar 1st Half Corners Over 5.5 +100....There were a total of 20 in the first fixture...I'll take my chances.

Just to chime in on line movement. I really did not see any coerrelation between the outcome and line movement in any statistical manner whatsover in the major leagues of Europe including Champions League. Small markets is where it seems to make a difference. I have been tracking this for over a year thinking I can get a heads up on an angle and all I have done is waste money and time....

 DJ...I use line movements as a tool/guide...If I have certain doubts on a play..and then the movement goes in favour of my doubts...I tend to drop the play completely. Today for instance...I have my doubts that it will be goal fest as most anticipate today in Europa....So I decided to completely ignore the Hannover total for negative line movement and decided to ignore the Metalist Over due to the low opening line. 

BUT I do agree...that thorough handicapping will always be more fruitful then chasing movements.

Halftime update...

Valencia vs AZ Alkmaar 1st Half Corners Over 5.5 +100......there were 9.

Metalist down 0-1...not good...they have been forcing the pace, but their passing has been rushed and inaccurate...Looks like I'll need extra time to score the qualifier...not likely.

Bilbao 1-1 Schalke...one more will do...

Very uneventful game going on in Germany...hopefully Hannover can pull out an exciting 1-0 victory in the second half...
