Now with the pulled achilles tendon it is doubtful he wins a major this year. Tiger is not getting any younger and with each passing day he is getting closer to his real goal which is blessed anonymity.

Wonder what the number is now? My book doesn't have it.  I'd hit the NO again.  The win doesn't change anything. Good for him and golf but NO majors this year.

I don't golf.  Really did not follow the game till Tiger appeared!  His character is not to go off quietly into the sunset.  Just his name implies ferocity and destruction and he will continue to try till his dying days.  The Nicklaus record is what drives him today and he will try do so till the end of days.  I will be rooting against him as I can not approve of his despicable betrayal in his marriage, although it proves to me that in this world you are never satisfied with what you have or accomplished.

Tiger sure looked good against a bunch of old geezers (Els, Sinh, Mickelson) and one game competitor in McDowell.

Now Woods will play with the big boys on April 5th. All the way back you say? He is not getting any younger and 36 is old for a golfer whose best days are behind him.
