She probably wants the gig despite saying she's 'over sports media'. Give her a slight raise to somewhat compete with ESPN and lour her back with incentives.
She'll be the biggest hit. Her stock is so high right now, site views would go up tremendously, her virality would attract new customers and viewers for Covers.
