They have made the Encore channels free til months end.. also added some Disney channel and are giving MLB leaguepass free for a week. I'm guessing they plan on having this ironed out within the next 6-7 days |

The Political Forum is FoxNews and MSNBC TV & Movies Forum is HBO, Cinemax, etc The Music Forum is MTV (circa 1983) back when they played videos With Scalabrine you have BET You have in-games in all of the sports threads that replaces ESPN, Fox Sunday, the NFL today, etc |

the only good thing that comes out of this viacom mess is it doesnt affect my business as no one watches those crap channels, no football no basketball no real sporting events of interest exist on those crappy channels and please dont say UFC, thats far from a sport, the only real UFC fans are kids in there early twenties who barely have two nickels to rub against each other. |

That article does nothing to change my stance. I find Viacom's excuse funny: "Only pennies per subscriber". Bullshit. And if each one of these companies do that, those pennies per month turn into dollars per month.
As far as your business, I can't speak to that. But I have been in bars on Sunday that have Sunday ticket and the business it brings in is enormous. And I am no economics major, but if the cost of Sunday ticket is more than the business it brings in, get rid of it. You can get every other major sporting event through your local cable company or Dish TV.
