That may be the problem, if you try to switch to the latest version of IE or maybe switch to firefox or chrome it could work, if it keeps happening we will get IT to look into it. CT

IT is trying to figure out why only certain users are not able to access their inbox. It has to be something specific to your at-home system. I don't expect this fix today...it is still a mystery at this point.
