I used to work out regularly 5-6 days a week. I could run 6 miles and mix in intervals with no problem. I would eat somewhat healthy but not great. I was able to get away with drinking like a fish in my early to mid 20's.
Now my body doesn't recover like it used to from exercise or drinking. I eat like garbage way more often. I can't run anymore to save my life. It's really depressing in a way.
Well anyways i'm off to McDonalds, you guys want anything? Kidding.
