#2 Posted: 12/27/2011 1:57:15 PM Tampa defense is nonexistant. Atlants rolls them like a drunken sailor in a waterfront watering hole. Over Team total Atlanta, Over game. And Atlanta minus whatever. |

Tampa has mailed it in--- if tehy some how had some energy--it is all gone after last week behind whooping they took from Cam-CAR, now they need to close schedule on the Falcons-nest---Atl migh still be hurting after the huge humiliaton the suffered in the Bravus-AMG dome at hands of the saints---- and i dont think they want to start the post season with a loss under the belt, so the helpless bucs are just what the doctor ordered to bounce back

#4 Posted: 12/27/2011 6:19:47 PM Man, Atlanta really FU** me last night - I mean, it really put a damper on an otherwise great Christmas.....
Oh well, anyways - Atl's got nothing to play for - they can't move up or down in the standings. Also, this is probably their last home game this year - do the starters get pulled by halftime?
I'm thinking if that line goes over 2 TD's, I'm taking the Suckaneers - I don't care how bad they are, they're definitely better than Atlanta's "B" team. On second thought, maybe I'll tease them with something else.............. |

#5 Posted: 12/28/2011 9:56:15 AM TB has lost four straight by 16+ points.. Seems to me that is a sign of a team that has folded up for the year and is just looking forward to the off-season.
Atlanta needs some momentum going into the playoffs. They will want to please the home crowd after the blowout loss on monday.. I see Atlanta jumping out in the first half to a comfortable lead.. something like 20-3. Then pulling out Ryan in the second half.
Even with backups, I think Atlanta can hold off a second half backdoor cover from the Bucs.
Give me Atl -12.

#6 Posted: 12/28/2011 3:13:39 PM Det wraps up 5 seed in early game. Falcons will know they are locked into last seed by kickoff. With a game the very next week, I don't see starters playing into the 2nd half. Maybe even play less. TB can hang within 12 against backups. Could be coaches last game. Bucs cover. |

#7 Posted: 12/29/2011 9:27:22 PM I think even the backups can roll Tampa, but good points, I will prolly lay off this game unless GB wins. |

#8 Posted: 1/1/2012 1:04:47 AM Normally i would be all over atlanta in this game but i have a feeling ryan might get pulled in the second half. No play for me though the bucaneers are a team that has completely mailed it in. Betting on them is insane. |

#10 Posted: 1/1/2012 9:35:44 AM With the public getting this thing down to 10 this warrants serious consideraion for an ATL play..for the Bucs to cover they need to score 17 points and I don;t see thm doing that against anybody right now. Coach's last game? Please - since when has TB shown pride and heart, around 2003 maybe? They probably can't wait to get Raheem out of there - what a bad hire that was by the way, who owns that dysfunctional mess down there these days? Why even bother with a football team in TB anymore? What - 5 or 6 playoff appearance in 36 seasons or something like that? Pathetic. Seattle hasn't done any better, they came in together in '76 and that expansion still doesn't make any sense to me. Oh they won a SB? So what. That was an anomaly obviously. I saw a game there in '04 I felt like I was at a morgue, beyond boring, that happy ship. And the most unknowledgeable fans in the league besides Charlotte and Houston. Move them to LA.

#11 Posted: 1/1/2012 12:25:46 PM This game all depends on Det./GB game. If Detroit wins Tampa covers and maybe even wins, If Green Bay wins Atlanta covers. Thinking Detroit will win so might put a small play on Tampa before this line moves from the outcome of Det. winning, but I might be screwed if GB wins. |
