requested a withdrawal and after the 72hrs they canceled it put the money back on my account and their reason was because it's another account with the same address even though they verified everything that was needed from me to get the withdrawal is this normal????

A few things....

Yes they are having payout issues. They haven't paid people yet who have made withdrawls from 5 weeks ago.

The 72 hour thing is their big move that they have always done, which is pure bullshit. It's so you will get the urge to bet over those 72 hours, and cancel it, then losing what you won back.

The worst part is you used to be able to at least get someone via e mail or call. Now they aren't even responding to any e mails, and their live chat is a friggin joke. It's the same 4 aliases that don't have a clue when you ask them what is going on.

This book is stalling, stalling, stalling. I would never put a dime in there ever again, much better options out there. Hopefully you get it squared away but again they are just stalling to put you back on another 72 hour clock before they "process" your withdrawl. IN lieu of them not paying many people for the last 5 weeks, unfortunately Im sure that is why you are being given the run around.

received check in about 5 weeks, contacted them twice before i finally got it. advise you to contact them, be patient and polite and you will get your money sooner than later.Good luck to you!

sportsbetting.com took around 5 weeks

sportsbook.com around 10 days

here my advise. If they plan on screwing you, screw them right back. most of these transactions are done on credit cards. dispute every single one of them it doesnt matter if you approved it with the bank you can simply say it was not you approving the charge. Wait till you get paid and dispute the charges. that will teach them not to mess with everyone's money

They used to be a pretty reputable book (played there for over a decade) but have taken a serious nosedive in the last few years.  Payout issues, rigged poker site, shitty customer service.  Dont see them being around too much longer
