#85 Posted: 7/20/2011 5:52:51 PM The KQ call to burst the bubble was horrible.... The old man (super nit) had folded 50 hands in a row.... He ships it in UTG and you look him up with K high??? WTF man.... Guy had to be the sickest man on the planet at that moment.... Can't feel bad for him though... He made 3 horrendous plays to make his chips evaporate....
On another note, what an amazing watch this was.... I've never seen so much poker in my life.... I could not stop watching.... Million times better than that edited endless coin flips that we've grown accustomed to.... Antonio's insight was solid for the most part... I don't care for his play but he did well in the booth... It was hilarious how Phil would relate every situation to his life.... Lol, get over yourself Phil.... Also sounded like he had a lil man crush thing goin with Ben Lamb....Espn nailed it this time with the live coverage....
This might be the first Nov 9 without weak spots.... I just don't see anyone that'll have their game tweaked over the break.... Old man plays too tight and will prob get run over...These guys played jam up to get here.... It is humbling to see how well you have to play and run just to have a shot....
Btw, Stasko is the guy that Lindgren said had 12k (2k-4K blinds) when the original bubble burst.... He said the guy folded 40 hands in a row to cash... What a sick run from there....

so awesome there doing the right thing and showing all the hands. they HAVE to keep it this way and show it live regardless of time, just do it on espn 2 darn other shows on !
i really like alot of the players at the final nine.
wouldnt mind if heinz, phil collins, lamb, stasko, holden took it down. |

#89 Posted: 7/20/2011 10:16:40 PM How does the guy allow himself to bubble with KQ?
Insane call there.
Pretty awesome the way ESPN televised this. The whole thing was great. Big kudos to them.

#92 Posted: 7/23/2011 8:05:50 AM Did anyone notice (maybe if someone still has this on DVR you could check) but the hand where Lamb had 3 deuces and Gianetti took 10 minutes to call with aces and nines...I swear that shortly after the flop ESPN fucked up witht he graphics on screen and they entered Lamb's hole cards as the turn and river.
I was tripping out as to what the heck was going on |

I read somewhere (I don't know if it's true or not) that ESPN was putting fake hole cards up occasionally, not knowing what the real hole cards were. So, maybe you did see something that was wrong, I'm not sure, I didn't record it.
