Sure seems like the family is trying to exploit their own son.

Its something they can deal with later on down the road. They wont be able to trademark and stop other things from popping up.
My opinion is this is a money grab by the family right now.

I said the arena football league is struggling and that is absolutely correct. Have you seen how small the crowds are at most of these games?
They surely can't afford to give out 300% pay increases for dime a dozen offensive lineman.
