Veteran Joined: Dec 2007 Posts: 4825 Location:	#6 Posted: 7/5/2012 3:31:40 PM don't know about express go to the grocery store yellow one has xxxxxx on the upper left, and debit on the right. on the back it has reload bank lower left corner green one has debit and same stuff on the back either one is fine but get the yellow one first. u can load up to $500 once every 24 hours. works at all books no hassle but u may have to call the book ahead of time and fax over the card front and back and ur license. $4.95 fee for uploading the card card is awesome man
