Wall what do you think of EU here over 1.38?Maybe good for a short here as she gets up to 1.3840-50s...next descent resis is over 1.42..
JPY was/is a good buy about 30 pips ago..bounced right off a line there..most of the other pairs[ones i look at] look to be in limbo

#2 Posted: 2/24/2011 7:47:30 PM buck,
It seems strong, the USD being weak with a weak market has me pausing about a short entry. Of course I love it being over 1.38 but the way the USD is acting across the board has me guessing. |

#3 Posted: 2/28/2011 5:17:50 PM Hey Buck and Wall...doesn't look like you guys have been doing much trading lately.
Do either one of you have any experience trading the S&P mini futures? I opened a practice account a week ago and that my friends can give you all the action you want.

#13 Posted: 3/16/2011 10:44:27 PM Glad I wasnt in the way of those yen moves..
Check out the EU.AUD, sucker is up almost 1200 pips from the low, Lb.Yen hit down 1000 pips since yesterday at the low.
I dont get how this liquidity injection can overpower the monster economic mess they are in. If anything the Yen should be considered high risk, but I guess this is more of a flee from the Nikkei than anything else.

I was posting in the politics forum about how I shorted NZ after their Earthquake, and the JPY after their recent troubles.
Seems that you could make a living by betting against currency after natural disasters.
Makes you feel kind of crumby but, what are you going to do, right?
