we put 70lbs on and do 4min of stair master when we test.... after that we got 8 events, not being to dead after the SM is key, it is a love/hate thing but its vital
i didn't want to go running at 236 on these joints but im getting closer, my goal was to start running at about 211. to many times in my life i have killed it like a boss with working out and then eat like a idoit, i gotta get the diet right first.
when do i start eating carbs? ever? what about my heart? what about the good stuff we get from fruits?
Main goal right now should be body fat............ joints are a completely different thread......... which will not involve running at all........... hello bicycle..............
Heart has nothing to do with fruit........... has to do with carbs and liver production.
Sleazy doesn't have a heart and he doesn't run..........
Have you incorporated oats into your diet yet?
