the issue is the new pittboss's do not know how to control the game, they have no ability to RESET these new tables and IT
Remember in the past they could swipe a card and reset the player or the hand....not now...if a darn up happens now it people eeryone at the table...and too bad for them
THE gm's pay for heavy IT upgrades, but they do nto pay personnel to mamage them appropriately.......stealing man plain and simple.....it will rise to the top

Yea it only makes 5DIMES look bad and makes Tony look bad as well. The girls treat the players like crap, and the pitt boss are all woman who could care less if the system is working well or not........you chat your problem on the screen, and it takes 5 hands for the pittboss to come on and ask what the problem is
Then when they finally show up they ask what are talking about? The dealer girls are like paid prostitutes who have a PIMP.....because they just sit there and say nothing becaus eif they do they will get sent to the basement to mop the floors
I mean lets get serious if off shore is where we want to spend our money gain some professionalism versus 3rd world culture...garbage I make over $325 k a year and I have a professional corporate job....I want spend money with you! I want to gamble 50k a year....so make the place a true gambling experience not a pool hall in someones basement

I get snapped out of every chair 10 seconds in...thank goodness I had no action on the table. I close everything and start again
Ok now I am in and first 5 hands go well. I am winning....now in the middle of my hand a screen pops up "temporary live dealer disconnection" I have 20 on the table with a high bet....it keeps me at the table and pays me for the win......but my previous balance is gone
I asked pitt boss...where is my previous balance........it takes her 10 minutes and me missing 5 games to come back and say
"Oh it went back to your sportsbook on the temp disconnection" and she chats it like.....yea you know....you should know that.....so money management is a major problem here and the IT is a complete mess...
also they do not show who has gambles at a table until the dealer deals first card.....so at anytime they could slide in a fake player you will NEVER know it
And one more thing...I get kicked out after not playing two games which is customary....they have players names sitting at tables not betting one game for up to 10 straight games and the seet is not getting cleared......now explain that
GM's and OFFSHORE heads clean it up.....I get better hand jobs at the washy wash
