5DIMES ROCKS!!!

been there 6/7 yrs......NEVER NEVER a payout problem!

CS has ALWAYS been on their game w/me!! About a month ago I had what I thought was a error made by 5D on a 6 team ROUND ROBIN....I was wrong, but I harassed their CS via LiveChat twice...on the phone twice...finally I saw the error of my ways...they were ALWAYS patient with my dumb self..they always spell out the name if I send in $$$..remember they are HUMAN too!

Had been with 5Dimes for over 6 years.........

There has been a difference between the first 4 and the last 2.

Lines and wagering options always top notch. 

Collecting of cash the first 4 years much quicker than the last 2 years but still paid up even if it means an extra 3 days compared to what they were like 2 years ago.

Customer service was indeed better 4 years ago compared to now........don't know the reason ..........but you can still get an answer via the online chat pretty quick.......

PS they are one of the best books out there tho
