Veteran Joined: Jan 2004 Posts: 4314 Location: United States	#4 Posted: 2/12/2012 8:16:00 AM For some reason you went to a lot of trouble to post the wrong info in two threads. *If multiple users are tied, the earliest start time of their last winning pick (game) will be used as the tie breaker (time as listed on the pending page).* That is the first tie breaker.
