For most EU's backing up data is a bit of a chore and a number of them don't have the original software. Then you add they might have to go online to download drivers then it's all she wrote. Sure if you work around computers all the time it's not a big deal. But to this day we still encounter tons of EU's who just can't do this. Or at least not well. |
