The only reason City did it in such a short time period was because of when Fair Play was being implemented. Take your loss like a man and stop making excuses.

City went and spent what the top clubs spend in in over 10 years in 2 transfer windows. City bought the title just like Chelsea. Yeah FFP will be a good thing but City have already tried to counter that by sponsoring their own team with Etihad airways which ironically belongs to the brother of the owner of Man City. So don't give me that crap, i can go on an educate about the game but no point you won't understand.
