was just saying as u age, the wear and tear creeps up unannounced. it sucks.

me 35 too. and in the best shape ive been at for a few yrs now. it feels great. just dont like waking up sometimes and pain is present for no damn reason and it takes a few days to go away.

Becomes more of a science than ever as we age. Have to read, react and adjust....especially with the legs.
